Responsibilities
- Engage with various internal stakeholders to understand project scope and operational needs.
- Refine project requirements based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and long-term benefits.
- Manage and work with contractors and stakeholders to create effective project timelines and scheduling of construction.
- Establishing clear milestones and deliverables and track the progress of awarded projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Monitor awarded project progress through regular site inspections for quality control.
- Identify deviations in project execution and proactively coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate key updates to internal stakeholders/management for transparency and informed decision-making.
- Develop cost data analysis, reporting framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Construction Project Management, Engineering or related Building Services.
- Experience in running A&A projects and operations will be an advantage.
- Experience in Sports, Entertainment, Lifestyle venues and events will be an advantage.
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong ability to engage effectively with stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.
- Effective team player and people management skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
