We are representing a well-established Multinational Corporation in the industrial cutting tools sector, seeking a driven and experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to join their growing regional team.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales growth within assigned markets/industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
Identify new business opportunities in the cutting tools / industrial tooling sector
Lead Sales team in achieving greater results
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue expansion
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales / business development, preferably in cutting tools, machining, industrial equipment, or related sectors
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage key accounts effectively
