Inventory Analyst - Tampines

What this Job Entails:
The Inventory Analyst will play an integral role in ensuring that our services continue to run and scale along with our customers’ needs. Along with significant execution responsibilities, the Analyst will also participate in process sustainability and improvement initiatives, thus playing a key role in Fulfillment Optimizations evolution.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate Oracle Supply Planning Forecast report to review weekly inventory and consumption run rate and propose for replenishment purchase to meet target inventory holding.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make informed decisions.
- Perform weekly inventory check to ensure inventory accuracy and highlight abnormalities for reconciliations with Logistics Ops Team.
- Place weekly replenishment order (PR/PO), coordinate with suppliers on delivery lead time and follow up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track and manage purchase orders, ensure timely and accurate receiving, correct invoicing by suppliers.
- Maintain inventory reports and provide analysis to Team Lead.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and review monthly price master and highlight to Team Lead on any abnormal price surge.
- Address and resolve any issues related to Purchase Orders delivery, product quality, discrepancies on delivered/invoiced quantity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the inventory management function.
- Implement and monitor new procedures and technologies to enhance inventory control.
- Ensure inventory purchase and sourcing activities are compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Other reporting requirements and responsibilities assign by Team Lead to support overall team activities.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-years’ experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Experience in supplier management, purchasing and sourcing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Sheet.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle is a plus but not mandatory.
