Job Scope:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to orders, products, and deliveries.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of stationery or other necessities.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Maintain records and databases for company operations, employees, and vendors.
• Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support HR or finance teams with basic documentation and coordination tasks when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Able to multitask and handle work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales admin or administrative roles will be an advantage.
