Lab Analyst ( 12 Hours Shift / Transport Provided) - DC - Bukit Batok

• 12 hours shift (8.30am - 8.30pm & 8.30pm - 8.30am)
• Work 2 Rest 2 Schedule
• Transport Provided from Jurong East MRT
• Work Location: Jurong Island
• Salary $2000 - $2500 + Allowances ($700)

• Conduct accurate and timely laboratory tests and analyses based on standard methods.
• Support daily laboratory operations and coordinate activities in the absence of team leader, chemist, or coordinator.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Laboratory Analysts.
• Assist in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and laboratory-related projects.
• Standardize reagents/equipment and prepare titration solvents and test solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of laboratory areas, equipment, and apparatus.
• Review and follow lab protocols when irregular or dubious results are encountered.
• Represent the laboratory in third-party and refinery testing as a witness.
• Perform analysis at site laboratories or field assignments when required.
• Mentor and provide practical training to newly joined or promoted Laboratory Analysts.
• Work shifts and perform overtime as necessary.
• Uphold and act in accordance with SGS standards of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in oil, gas, or chemical laboratory environments.
• Singaporean only.
