Role Overview:

The Front Office & Administrative Supervisor is responsible for leading the front desk and admin team to ensure exceptional client experiences, efficient appointment coordination, and smooth daily operations in a beauty and health supplement industry.

This role requires a service-oriented individual with strong leadership, multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

  • Supervise and schedule front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure prompt and professional handling of walk-ins, phone/email enquiries, and online bookings.
  • Maintain an inviting and clean reception area aligned with the brand image.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Uphold high standards of client service and handle complaints or escalations effectively.

Team Supervision & Training:

  • Onboard, coach, and evaluate frontline team members. To train and assist customers to register and place order with the company's online system/ platform.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions including appointment logs, client records and invoicing.
  • Manage stock levels.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.
  • Possesses a Diploma with good customer service.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively assist customers.

Others:

  • This position may require 2-shift work schedule, e.g. 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm on weekdays and 12pm-6pm, 1pm to 7pm on weekend. Alternate Saturday and Sunday rest day.
  • Office located in the heart of town.
  • With experience in beauty industry and are ready to start quickly or with short notice.
