My client is a leading end-to-end IT services and digital transformation solutions spanning application development, cloud infrastructure, and managed services including across public sector and commercial industries.
As part of their business expansion, they are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director with a hunter mindset, strong technical understanding of enterprise IT solutions, and a proven track record of building and managing high-value client relationships.This role will be instrumental in expanding their footprint in Singapore and across the region.
About the role- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise accounts within the Commercial and Public Sector verticals.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Leverage deep industry networks and partnerships to identify new business opportunities and close large-scale deals.
- Drive complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting through negotiation and contract closure, ensuring alignment with internal technical and delivery teams.
- Provide leadership in the preparation of RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solution architects, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on key sales metrics to leadership.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry forums, events, and with local IT communities to elevate company presence.
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience from SI/ IT Consulting firms , with at least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership or director-level role
- Proven experience in developing and closing large, complex deals with enterprise and public sector clients.
- Strong domain knowledge across application services and cloud infrastructure solutions and possess existing networks and relationships within key industries and the local IT ecosystem.
