Quantity Surveyor for Interior Design Firm

Attend tender interviews & site show
Preparation and analyse costing for tenders
Preparation and submission progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis
Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget
Verify claims for variation and payments
Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
Able to work independently
Must proficient in use Microsoft Office & AutoCad
Knowledge of contract administration & tender procedures is an advantage
Min 3 years relevant experience
