Technical Support & Application Engineer - Geylang

• Provide first-level technical assistance to customers and distributors for product installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal staff.
• Conduct product trials, demos, and proof-of-concept testing at customer sites
• Escalate complex technical issues to the HQ engineering team in China.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Support the sales team in pre-sales and after-sales service and warranty claims.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support and application engineering for industrial equipment (pneumatics, robotics, or automation preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with HQ.
• Willing to travel regionally for customer support.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working in industrial products, automation, pneumatics, or manufacturing sectors
• Prior exposure to multicultural environments or overseas markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
