Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients (SMEs or MNCs) through cold calling, networking, and site visits
- Build, grow, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, product demos, and proposals based on client needs
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct market research and white space analysis to develop new account opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing, delivery timelines, and service execution
- Handle account servicing, including documentation, follow-ups, and post-sale support
- Provide timely sales updates, pipeline reports, and market insights to management
- Minimum Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven hunter mindset – must be confident in cold calling and on-site client visits
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, self-driven, and highly motivated
- IT-savvy and able to understand technical solutions
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Own vehicle preferred
