Facilities Maintenance Technician (Basic + AWS + VB) @ Pasir Panjang

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of building facilities including HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, lighting, and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning and compliance of all facility-related systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, maintenance feedback, and operational issues.
• Coordinate and liaise with external contractors and service providers for repair and preventive maintenance works.
• Inspect facilities regularly and report any irregularities or potential maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
• Manage inventory, including tracking maintenance parts, consumables, and spare items.
• Support maintenance works across the company’s property portfolio when required.

• Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Able to perform basic electrical hands-on works and simple maintenance jobs independently.
• Capable of interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
