• Management of fast-paced and/or complex projects
• Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial, schools and other systems.
• Manage ACMV, HVAC system laboratory projects to completion in both Singapore and/or international standard, adhering to quality assurance policies and meeting performance standards
• Liaise with all stakeholders including facility management, architects, M&E consultants on engineering design and user specification, ensuring compliance
• Part-take in project tendering meetings and provide technical advice to tender team
• Prepare and manage project schedule and monitor project activities by project team to ensure compliance to activity execution timeline
• Provide technical support to Support sales team from time to time.
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health is implemented at site.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned.

• 3 years of relevant work experience handling construction projects (designing & management)
• Experience in ACMV
• Team player with a great can-do attitude.
• Outgoing personality.

• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle.
