- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats
- Handling queries via phone and email
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
- Arranging mail and courier deliveries
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Typing letters and reports
- Updating records in the company database
- Printing and photocopying documents
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Maintaining office systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
