Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. This role is to support and optimize global Field Service operations through business process analysis, data analytics, application support, and project management, enabling continued operational excellence in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Reporting to: Manager

Division: Global Field Service & Delivery

【 Responsibilities 】
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Field Service processes, applications, and data.
  • Provide operational support to global Field Service teams (e.g., Call Center, Logistics, Repair, Supply Chain, Service Marketing, Sales).
  • Support and enhance tools and platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, RMA systems, customer service quoting tools, RPA solutions, and analytics dashboards (SQL, Azure, Power BI).
  • Participate as a project team member on key improvement initiatives; lead small-scale global projects as a junior project manager.
  • Conduct data mining and process analysis to evaluate performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Offer consultative support to internal stakeholders, leveraging data insights to drive process enhancements.
  • Support global operations to align with evolving business and customer needs in the semiconductor testing industry.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in business process support, system applications, and data-driven & analytics operations in a structured global environment
  • Exposure/experience to Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing/high-tech industry (especially strong logistics/call center/business process)
  • Hands-on with RPA tools, Oracle EBS, or internal support portals & day-to-day basis working with SQL, Power BI, or analytics system
  • Excellent communication skills in English with a collaborative mindset and global perspective.
  • Willing to travel occasionally, subject to business needs
  • Comfortable with early morning/night calls across time zones
  • Must be highly independent, able to operate with minimal guidance after initial process training
  • Prior experience in Field Service operations, such as:
  1. Call/Contact Center
  2. Logistics
  3. Materials Planning
  4. Repair services
  5. Field Service Engineering
(Advantageous)
  • Experience in Semiconductor company will be a huge advantage
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams in a collaborative setting.
