- Collaborate with product development teams on new product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop product storytelling and marketing materials.
- Market & Consumer Insights
- Analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights.
- Track industry trends in skincare, cosmetics, and beauty technology.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spending effectively.
- Track KPIs such as ROI, CAC, engagement, and sales growth.
- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage marketing executives, agencies, and freelancers.
- Work with sales, retail, and product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Typically 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in:
- Beauty
- Cosmetics
- Skincare
- Fluent in Multi-languages
- Strong attention to details
- Must have passion and self motivation to work
