Assistant Architectural Manager

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant Architectural Manager to join their dynamic team:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of design coordinators and architects in managing architectural aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee the planning, organization, and supervision of construction drawing production, including shop drawing submissions for approval.
• Act as the primary architectural liaison between consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design drawings and details.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards, codes of practice, and company protocols.
• Provide technical support to the site team, resolving design discrepancies and coordination issues with structural, M&E, and interior works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet design requirements.
• Assist senior management in preparing reports, managing documentation, and representing the team in coordination meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor firm.
• At least Degree in Architecture.
• Familiar with local submission and authority processes.
