Responsibilities

Volunteer Management:

• Oversee the entire volunteer life cycle, including recruitment, screening/interviews, matching, orientation, deployment, feedback and reviews, training, appreciation, and exit processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and community stakeholders.
• Maintain and regularly update volunteer records in the Volunteer Management System (VMS).
• Support and coordinate programmes or activities involving volunteer services and senior engagement within the community.
• Identify potential sources of volunteers, and manage volunteer enquiries and feedback effectively.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned.

Event Management:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events for residents and stakeholders.
• Engage seniors and vulnerable groups, ensuring smooth event operations and positive participant experiences.

• Diploma with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social sector or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome but must have a positive mindset with some past volunteering experience.
• Good in communications, writing, activity planning, admin reporting and presentation skills.
• Possess critical thinking, strategic planning, effective time management skills.
