Job descriptions:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as internal communications, events, and culture-building activities
- Support coordination with regional offices across Asia
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and internal HR policies
- Manage vendors, office facilities, and procurement processes
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
- Experience in Singapore-based SME or regional office environment preferred
- Basic understanding of Singapore Employment Act
