Expense accounting

Job Overview:

Hisense is looking for a accountant to responsible for reviewing, accounting, analyzing, and controlling company expenses to ensure compliance, accurate financial records, and optimized cost management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare journal entries, and manage accounts payable 、receivable and money funds.

1. Receivables management

• Monthly reconciliation with customers, issue statements;
• Issue the due payment details every month, and track the due payment;

1. Funds management

• Complete monthly bank and other money funds reconciliation, and cooperate with the headquarters to communicate with local banks;
• Monitor the use and security of funds

1. Communication and Coordination

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. -
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with product management and R&D teams to ensure products meet market demands and regulatory requirements.

1. Other

• Other tasks assigned by senior manager or Financial dept. Leader
• Other tasks related the company financial business.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related fields
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in cost accounting, AR accounting, or related finance roles；Familiar with corporate reimbursement processes
• Skills: Proficient in financial software SAP and Excel；Knowledge of accounting standards ；
• Personal Attributes: Good communication and presentation skills; Detail-oriented and responsible；Strong stress resistance and execution ability
• Language Requirements: English and Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to report to our HQ which base in China )
