IT Contract Management and Compliance Specialist - Toa Payoh

The Opportunity:

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for an IT Contract Management and Compliance Specialist.
• The ideal candidate must possesses a minimum of 5 years' experience in contract auditing, IT procurement, or contract compliance.
• Solid understanding of contract structures, especially within the IT sector.
• Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.

The Job:

• Ensure all contracts are aligned internally and with government-wide procurement and IT standards.
• Conduct thorough contract reviews, monitor ongoing agreements, and highlight any non-compliance or risks.
• Work to prevent or correct contractual deviations through proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and update contract templates and standard operating procedures to improve consistency and compliance across the team

The Talent:

• Education in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract auditing, IT procurement, or contract compliance.
• Solid understanding of contract structures, especially within the IT sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, procurement, vendors).
