Actimize Technical Consultant / Developer / Delivery Manager _ Contract - Geylang

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Actimize professionals to join our team for a long-term project in Singapore with a leading financial institution.

** Multiple roles are open across various seniority levels including Technical Consultants, Developers, System Analysts, and Application/Technology Delivery Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

For Developers / Technical Consultants / System Analysts:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using NICE Actimize platform
• Work on modules such as SAM, RCM, UDM, and custom model development
• Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Customize Actimize rules, workflows, and UI components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments

For Application / Technology Delivery Managers:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Actimize projects
• Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
• Plan, track, and report project status, risks, and issues
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards
• Lead teams and mentor junior members

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NICE Actimize platform
• Strong knowledge in AML solutions like SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), RCM (Risk Case Manager), and UDM (User Defined Models)
• Proficient in Actimize Model Designer, ActOne, Java, and SQL
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• For Delivery Manager roles: Proven track record in managing technology projects in a banking environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Actimize AI or Machine Learning models
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and AML policies
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
