Freelance/Part-time Job (Contract for Service)

Must be able to commit on a long-term basis. Housewives are welcome.

However, candidate may be required to work especially during some festive season like Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival and Ghost Festival. Other period may or may not require depending on situations.

Working days/hours :

• Weekdays only (not required to work every day)
• Flexible working hours between 9 am to 6 pm (could work few hours a day)
• Work day and time to be mutually agreed

Contract for Service for :

• Process staff claims & verify vendor invoices
• Cash Book updates
• Prepare payment via internet banking/cheque issuance
• Invoice billing
• Accpac Accounting data entries
• Accounting reports updates
• Other admin or accounting duties as assigned by the Company

We pay :

S$14 per working hour

• Singaporean or PR
• Advance in computer knowledge, must be proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel and MS Words)
• Fast Learner, responsible, independent, mature and meticulous
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• on the job training will be provided

Required to attend first trial in order to confirm service engagement

Termination of Service

2 weeks’ notice in writing or either party or 2 weeks’ service fee in lieu of notice thereof.
