Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive - Choa Chu Kang

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Marketing Executives or Senior Marketing Executives. This is an exciting opportunity in the gaming and digital media industry, offering room to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns (e.g., exhibitions, roadshows, promotional activities).
• Support social media content creation and daily management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Create visual and digital materials (e.g., posters, short videos) using tools such as Canva or similar.
• Provide on-site support during marketing activities, demonstrating teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
• Work with internal teams to align with HQ’s marketing directions and strategies.

• Develop and execute compelling content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and audience engagement.
• Design and edit high-quality visuals and video content using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across multiple social platforms, optimizing content for reach and engagement.
• Plan and coordinate media releases, liaise with press and digital media, and enhance brand visibility.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and MCN partners to strengthen brand credibility.
• Lead campaign planning and execution, both online and offline, ensuring effective delivery across all touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and campaign performance to refine marketing approaches.

Requirements

• Internship or short-term marketing/project experience (2–3 months) is acceptable.
• Strong execution ability; reliable, proactive, and able to complete tasks on time.
• Good learning agility; quick to adapt to new tasks, tools, and platforms.
• Personable and a good communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Passion for marketing, digital media, and willingness to grow in the industry.
• Open to occasional travel for events or campaign support.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut.
• Proven track record in content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of market insights, digital marketing channels, and product positioning.
• Ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and MCN agencies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Passion for gaming or prior experience in the gaming industry is advantageous.
