Operations Assistant (Automotive) - Bedok

About the role

Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet the needs of our valued customers.

• Assisting the operations team in the execution of various automotive-related tasks
• Liaise closely with insurance companies in coordinating and scheduling appointments and maintaining detailed records
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
• Perform all other ad-hoc operations duties as assigned by the manager

• Someone who possess Class 3 / 3A driving license (Company vehicle provided)
• Relevant experience, preferably in an operations or customer service role
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
