Oversee and coordinate within Company and 3rd Party SI for project, scope, risks, schedule, and systematic rollout without any major issues

Job Description:

• Managing cloud migrations (primarily M365 and Azure) and network upgrades through all phases including scoping, design workshopping, schedule planning, implementation, and project closure.
• Defining project objectives and success criteria. Managing project scope, risks, and changes. Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts.
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders and team members
• Reporting on project progress to the customer, project team, management and relevant vendor partners where required. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers in preparing of SOPs.
• Collaborate with transition and internal team for optimizing infrastructure and deployment of new technologies.
• Participate in escalated incident management and solving problems in a cross-team’s environment during migration and implementation phase of project.
• Troubleshooting, identifying, and documenting root cause and other projects and tasks as required. Develops and document processes, procedures, standards and guidelines relating to areas or tasks assigned, and to continuous maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Information Security Technology domain with at least 8 years in Cloud environment preferably Azure
• Strong knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance, Knowledge on O365 IAM, Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and services including cross-forest Users/Mailbox/Profile Migration. Working experience on Exchange online migrations for Hybrid and Azure AD Joined EUCs.
• Good experience on integrating applications Modern authentication protocols, knowledge on Azure AD App proxy, experience on MFA, creating Conditional Access policies, experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP.
• Knowledge on Microsoft PKI Technologies, Knowledge of Implementing Managing Upgrading ADFS. Modernize on-premises security tools integrated with Active Directory.
• Windows PowerShell for automation of day to day administrative and Office 365 configuration tasks with SharePoint Online and OneDrive configuration
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the IT team and with stakeholders from other departments.
• Good understanding of IT workflow (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of PowerShell and JSON/MCSE/MCSA/VMware/Azure 104/Azure 400 certified would be advantageous. ·
• Azure /M365, PMP certifications preferred.
