Prepare and manage M&E work schedules in line with the project master programme.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
- Inspect MEP works before concreting and subsequent construction activities.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (ACMV, plumbing, fire protection) and electrical systems (LV/HV, transformers, switchboards, CCTV).
- Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, codes, and safety requirements.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering projects within Singapore’s building and construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in M&E systems and site coordination.
- Good understanding of M&E details, construction drawings, and local construction practices.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
