Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
Baccarat is seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and support our commercial and marketing activities in Singapore. This role is ideal for a junior profile looking to grow within the luxury retail environment, gaining hands-on experience across sales administration, client support, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support- Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-up
- Update, maintain and analyse client and sales data, KPIs (CRM, Excel, internal systems)
- Prepare sales reports and assist with stock and product tracking
- Support customer inquiries and B2B accounts with day-to-day coordination
- After-sales service coordination
- Help prepare sales materials (presentations, product information, quotations)
- Ad hoc meetings preparations and coordination
- Liaise with sales, logistics, finance and retail teams
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, launches, retail activations and events
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing material
- Prepare specific marketing & sales materials (presentations, product sheets, visuals...)
- Assist with content coordination for social media, newsletters, and website updates
- Manage timelines and asset deliverable for the different shopping malls and partners
- Support event logistics, Public Relations and KOL gifting
- Prepare marketing activation reports and analyse KPIs
- Liaise with regional marketing team
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales support, marketing, or retail coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Good command of with Excel / Word / Powerpoint (CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Creative mindset (thinking out of the box)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of high luxury standards
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Can work under pressure
- English: fluent
- Additional languages are a plus
- A hands-on role in a luxury retail environment and learning opportunities
- A cross-functional position with broad exposure to sales and marketing functions
