Shift Production Supervisor

Working Location: Admiralty

• Morning shift: 7am–7pm
• Evening shift: 7pm–7am

Duties:

As the Shift Production Supervisor you will manage manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in the food manufacturing industry. This role also involves implementation and management of production schedules, optimizing resources, and leading a team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management

• Oversee production shifts to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely output in line with the Company’s objectives.
• Maintain (and develop as required) standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production and team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Maintain adequate production staff levels to ensure production continuity.
• Facilitate multiple production shifts per day, as required.

1. Quality Control & Compliance

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Ensure all products meet internal quality standards as well as local and international food safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in food production.
2. Have SFA Level 1 Certificate.
3. Able to work either morning or evening shifts.
