Senior Contract Administrator

• Draft and issue contracts based on traders’ trade confirmations and trade capture details.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms with customers, traders, and the trade execution team, while maintaining strong counterparty relationships and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Manage contract amendments, addenda, novations, and special clauses.
• Monitor contract status from execution through to final settlement.
• Understand and apply relevant industry trading terms such as GAFTA, FOSFA, and PORAM.
• Liaise regularly with the Legal Department on matters including economic sanctions and anti-boycott reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable trade regulations.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate discrepancies to traders when necessary.
• Support the Trade Execution team on all matters related to contract capture and confirmation.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within internal systems.
