Fri-Sun - must be able to work
River Valley- 7pm Wed - Sat
- 6pm Sunday
10 days annual leave
Responsibilities- responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Answering customer enquiries, managing appointment calender, updates customer
- Ensure daily store operations efficiency and effectiveness (helping with all departments and team)
- Assist in achieving sales targets through service package recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of pets
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure SOP is followed by all staff at all times
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and development
- Support staff training
Requirements
Ability to handle animals (all dog and cat breeds)
Strong customer complaint handling skills
Previous managerial experience (retail or pet industry pref)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of pet care products and industry trends
Able to work weekends (Friday to Sunday)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
