Senior Executive / Executive (Ship Finance)

Salary: S$4,800 - S$6,000

Our client is a reputable treasury company that also provides shared services. They are seeking a Senior Executive / Executive to join their team.

• Support senior team members in the end-to-end process of project and corporate financing for vessels, including:
• Compiling and summarizing Request for Financing (RFP) proposals from financial institutions
• Preparing and coordinating due diligence materials for lenders
• Tracking conditions precedent and subsequent for loan drawdowns
• Prepare presentations and reports to support internal decision-making, including submissions to senior management and the Board
• Assist in executing hedging strategies to manage interest rate and foreign exchange risks
• Support affiliate companies in monitoring financial covenants and secured credit facilities
• Keep abreast of developments in ship financing and the shipping industry
• Provide support for treasury-related activities, including participation in M&A due diligence and evaluation of investment opportunities
• Undertake ad hoc duties and rotational tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in ship finance (banking or corporate environment)
• Hands-on experience in bank loan / credit documentation, including drawdown, covenant monitoring, and conditions precedent (CP) management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

• Experience in investment management or hedging
• Exposure to M&A valuation
• Ability to review and interpret legal contracts
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal
