Gym Tonic Trainer (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-programme physical fitness assessments
• Facilitate gym orientation for new participants
• Supervise and deliver Gym Tonic training sessions for elderly participants
• Monitor and review participants’ training progress and outcomes
• Analyse fitness data and prepare basic reports
• Develop and adjust training programmes based on established protocols
• Ensure safety, proper use, and maintenance of gym equipment

• Support daily gym operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the gym facility
• Engage walk-in enquiries and support outreach to potential participants
• Assist with administrative duties, including fee collection.

• Liaise and collaborate with grassroots, community partners and service provider to build up community network to provide holistic care for seniors.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports and statistical data to Finance officer and Head of Eldercare, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Plan and schedule assessment for new and existing members, manage appointment for all members.
• Recruit, train and on board volunteers to support Gym Tonic sessions.
• Manage publicity to create awareness of Gym Tonic programme.
