Beauty / Aesthetic Therapist
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty / Aesthetic Therapist to join our growing team in the Orchard/River Valley Central Region. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and reputable wellness company that provides a range of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.
What you'll be doing- Provide high-quality beauty and aesthetic treatments to our clients, including facials, body treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
- Assess client's skin and needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment notes
- Ensure the treatment rooms and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and comply with health and safety standards
- Assist in the promotion of our beauty and aesthetic services, including providing advice and recommendations to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with other businesses to provide a seamless, integrated customer experience
- A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetic Treatments, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures
- Previous knowledge with light therapy treatments or Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalized, consultative approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively
- A passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry, and a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
