Executive Quantity Surveyor

The role

My client is seeking for Quantity Surveyor(s) to support both tendering activities and project delivery for building works. The successful candidate will be involved in cost estimation, tender submissions, and post-contract QS functions, while gaining valuable exposure across the project lifecycle (A1 Maincon for Building Projects - Residential building works and public-sector projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documentation, including BOQs and pricing schedules.
• Assist in the coordination and submission of tender proposals.
• Support project cost management activities, including budget monitoring, variation orders, and claims administration.
• Work closely with internal project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Gain exposure to both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions to strengthen technical and project management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in tendering and/or project quantity surveying.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and cost management principles.
• Familiarity with industry software such as Glodon, Bluebeam, or similar quantity surveying tools.
• Experience in residential (public and private), institutional, or comparable building projects is preferred.
