Geylang - HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition | Up to $5,500

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Support reorganisation, job redesign, and workforce planning initiatives
• Advise line managers on HR policies, performance management, and employee matters
• Guide succession planning and talent development across divisions
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Collaborate with agencies and lead employer branding efforts
• Maintain recruitment platforms and optimise workflows

• 5+ years’ HR experience, with strong recruitment expertise
• Proficient in Workday, HRP, and recruitment platforms
• Solid knowledge of SG employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player
• Passionate, adaptable, and driven to make an impact
