About the role
Singapore Raffles Music College is seeking a talented and experienced Ballet Lecturer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Ballet Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ballet instruction to our tertiary-level students, helping them develop their technical skills, artistic expression, and overall performance abilities.This is a casual role, offering flexibility to work around your other commitments.
What you'll be doing- Teach ballet courses as assigned by the school.
- Assist the teaching team in rehearsals, student coaching, and other relevant teaching support activities.
- Actively participate in curriculum development, peer reviews, and other academic activities organized by the school.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Ballet discipline (Candidates with exceptional industry teaching experience may be considered for those with a lower academic qualification).
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience in professional dance institutions (full-time employment not required).
- Solid professional foundation in ballet and effective instructional communication skills.
- A strong passion for education, a sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal and teamwork skills
