Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building strategic partnerships in the financial services industry? We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Relationship Manager to drive significant business growth within our B2B channel, leveraging PSPL as a premier custodian and broker.

This pivotal role focuses on expanding our network reach and Assets Under Administration (AUA) within Singapore and across international markets.

About the Role:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our B2B expansion. You will be responsible for cultivating deep relationships with financial advisors, asset managers, and digital partners, leading crucial discussions, and actively identifying new partnership opportunities.

Your strategic insights and dynamic approach will directly contribute to the growth of AUA and enhance the marketability and reach of our FAME wealth management platform, as well as the vast products and services of the PhillipCapital group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Growth: Drive AUA/AUM/AUC growth by actively building relationships with B2B managers and advisors, participating in client activities, and conducting compelling sales presentations to corporate clients.
  • Partnership Expansion: Hunt for and onboard new B2B partners in Singapore, and collaborate with our Affluent Markets team for overseas expansion. This includes conducting thorough background and KYC checks.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key personnel and management of corporate partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and identifying product requirements to work with internal teams for best practices.
  • FAME Platform Advancement: Grow the FAME wealth management platform's adoption among B2B partners, increase its market profile through branding, and contribute to its functional enhancements based on partner feedback. Provide timely updates, training, and market outlooks.
  • Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leading work improvement projects and analyzing feedback to streamline departmental processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Certifications: Willingness to pass Module 5 & 8, and the Company's requirement for M1.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience, preferably in sales and marketing within the Funds/Unit Trust industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships.
