- Develop and manageannual/quarterly/monthly training plans and budgets based on brand strategy andbusiness objectives, analyzing training needs (covering product knowledge,service procedures, and sales techniques).
- Develop and optimize training coursescovering ancient gold craftsmanship expertise (gemstones, techniques, design,brand heritage), service artistry and sales techniques for high-net-worthclients, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
- Organize and implement trainingprograms, including new employee onboarding, product & craftsmanshipknowledge training, and sales skill enhancement, ensuring high-qualitydelivery.
- Establish, maintain, and update thetraining knowledge base (product materials, service standards, sales guides,etc.), ensuring the accuracy, usability, and brand consistency of trainingresources.
- Assist in client service reception andrelationship maintenance, including for VIC customers.
- Assist in daily store operationalmanagement tasks.
