About the role
Imperial Exhibits Limited is seeking an experienced Exhibition & Events Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a full-time position, this role will be based in the central region of Singapore. You will play a crucial part in delivering world-class events and exhibitions for our diverse range of clients in the marketing and communications industry.
What you'll be doing- Manage the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of exhibitions and events, from initial concept to final execution
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and requirements, then translate these into engaging and impactful event experiences
- Oversee budgets, timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, technical and logistics professionals
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and contractors to secure resources and negotiate favourable terms
- Monitor event performance and provide detailed post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Identify new opportunities and propose innovative event solutions to enhance our clients' marketing and communications strategies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in event/exhibition management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients
- Creative flair and an eye for detail to conceptualise and deliver engaging, impactful event experiences
- Familiarity with event technology, production and logistics, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Proficient in using project management and event planning software
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, events management or business
