Part-Time Bar Sales Associate - Toa Payoh

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive individual to join our team as an Alcohol Sales Promoter. Your primary role will be to engage with bar patrons, recommend premium spirits (especially whiskey), and drive sales through friendly interaction and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage customers at the bar in a professional, friendly manner.
• Promote and upsell premium alcoholic beverages, with a focus on whiskey.
• Explain drink profiles, origins, and pairing suggestions to customers.
• Encourage trial of new or featured products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance in line with venue standards.
• Adhere strictly to legal drinking age regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Requirements:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Strong sales or customer service skills (bar or F&B experience an advantage).
• Good product knowledge of spirits, especially whiskey (training provided if needed).
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol handling in Singapore.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event nights.

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings (the more you sell, the more you earn).
