About Our Client
Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education in a cosy, homelike setting in a beautiful landed estate.
Other Information:
- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 40 hours per week
- Working Location: East Coast Hill (466912)
- Salary Range: $3,500-$4,000
- Design and deliver: Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and joy in young learners.
- Observe and assess: Document each child’s learning journey and developmental milestones with care and creativity.
- Build partnerships: Establish genuine, trusting relationships with families through open and regular communication.
- Create a warm environment: Ensure a safe and stimulating classroom where children feel at home.
- Champion development: Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral growth through responsive interactions.
- Collaborate with the team: Work together to bring centre-wide programmes, events, and celebrations to life.
- Contribute to curriculum: Share your ideas to shape the curriculum, routines, and culture of a brand-new centre.
- Qualified and passionate: ECDA L2 Certified Preschool Teacher with a relevant Early Childhood qualification.
- Genuine passion: A deep belief in child-centred, play-based learning and a love for working with young children.
- Strong communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect naturally with children, families, and colleagues.
- Self-starter: Someone who takes initiative, brings energy, and isn’t afraid to try new ideas.
- Team player: Thrives in a collaborative team and wants to help build something meaningful from scratch.
- Comfortable with planning: Planning, documenting, and reflecting on children’s learning with care and creativity.
