Richee Engineering Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a Account Assistant to join our team in West area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the Account department to process invoices and prepare reports.

What you'll be doing

Handle daily account receivable entry and month end reports.
Preparation of invoicing and tabulation.
Liasing with customers.
Proper and systematic filing of documents.
Assist the finance department in month-end/ year-end closing
General admin and adhoc duties as assigned

What we are looking for

PC literate.
Positive attitude with high level of integrity and initiative.
Comfortable to work in fast pace environment.
Meticulous and be able to multi-task
Min. GCE 'O' level/NITEC.
Knowledge in MS-Office.
