We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist cum Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice in the Tampines East Region. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our dental clinic, providing exceptional customer service to our patients.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing- Warmly greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments in a timely manner
- Handling patient enquiries and addressing any concerns
- Assisting the dentist during procedures by preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories
- Performing routine administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Promoting a positive and caring environment for both patients and colleagues
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant, preferably in a similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using dental practice management software and basic computer applications
- A caring, empathetic and patient-focused approach to customer service
- A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the practice
