Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as an Engineering Manager, where you’ll lead engineering and design coordination to ensure project success. This role offers the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary efforts in a fast-paced environment while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering and design-related functions, ensuring compliance with specifications and constructability of projects.
• Review drawings, method statements, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical clarifications.
• Lead technical approvals of shop drawings and materials within specified timelines.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary coordination by conducting regular engineering meetings and utilizing BIM tools to minimize clashes and rework.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams while supporting construction methodology planning.
• Collaborate with procurement for technical evaluations of subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to contractual specifications and statutory regulations, overseeing inspections and quality assurance processes.
• Support the preparation of as-built documentation and project handover packages.
• Proactively identify and manage technical risks to mitigate impacts on cost and schedule, maintaining proper change management procedures.
• Mentor engineering staff, effectively allocate responsibilities, and uphold high safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular technical updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, structural, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant construction experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior engineering or managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale construction projects.
