Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 onsite IT applications and system production support
- To answer and respond to all IT applications and systems related inquiries, hotline calls and emails.
- Log all the incidents and issues reported by ams-Osram users.
- To escalate any unresolved IT and application issue to 2nd and 3rd Level of support for their attention and further resolution.
- Execute tasks base on SOP and IT engineers instructions.
- To attend and troubleshoot IT and application systems issues in cleanroom or production floor.
- Perform the duty following a work routine of 4days work/3days rest; 3days work/4days rest, 12 hours shift pattern.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Information Technology
- Min 1 year experience in Application Support
- No experience candidates are welcome as training will be provided.
- Good communication and working attitude.
