We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Manager to oversee pricing strategies and inventory management to optimise sales performance.

about the job

Develop and implement pricing strategies for online parts sales, maintaining accurate pricing data in the system.
Manage the full crane parts sales process, from customer engagement to order fulfilment, ensuring compliance with tax and import/export regulations.
Monitor market trends, analyse customer needs, and identify new business opportunities to expand parts sales.
Prepare competitive pricing proposals, drive sales through strategic promotions, and follow up on high-value quotations.
Oversee spare parts life cycle from procurement to delivery, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

skills and experience required

bachelor's degree in engineering/supply chain management or relevant specialisation
proficiency in ERP systems
prior experience in parts management within heavy equipment industry
strong knowledge and ability in data analysis
willing to take on frequent business travels
