Salary: $2,500 - $2,800

5 days work week, 44 hours (including weekends and PH)

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with tour, restaurant, golf, and flight bookings and changes.
  • Provide directions and information on shopping, attractions, and places of interest.
  • Manage limousine bookings, assignments, billing, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure hotel service, grooming, and quality standards are met.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with empathy and suitable solutions.
  • Arrange pre-arrival requests such as birthdays, honeymoons, and anniversaries.
  • Make reservations for transport, flights, and theatre tickets.
  • Advise guests on visa, immigration, and customs requirements.
  • Handle calls, messages, lost and found, and ensure timely guest service follow-up.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in F&B/Retail or Service industry
  • Able to read, write and speak English fluently to communicate with guest
  • Friendly and engaging service attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and colleagues
  • Can do rotating shift

Front Office Executive

Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 (negotiable)

5 days work week, 44 hours (including weekends and PH)

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties.
  • Welcome guests, complete registration, and issue room keys.
  • Assist with guest requests, feedback, and provide accurate information.
  • Manage guest messages, mail, and phone calls courteously.
  • Increase room revenue through up-selling and securing the best rates for walk-in guests.
  • Support and guide Guest Relations Assistants and ensure smooth Front Office operations.
  • Maintain Front Desk cleanliness and follow hotel policies, safety, and payment procedures.
  • Perform any related duties or special projects assigned by the Front Office leadership team.
Job Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of hotel Front Office experience
  • Able to read, write and speak English fluently to communicate with guest
  • Friendly and engaging service attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can do rotating shift
