[ref. j9572021] Contract Healthcare Assistant Manager at Buona Vista, up to $5,000 - Geylang

Job Responsibilities:

• Enable team’s efforts in managing project timelines meticulously to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Enable team’s efforts in managing project budgets and resources meticulously, including but not limited to identifying risks and assessing budget impact.
• Facilitate cross-stakeholder learning, quality improvement and networking in areas relevant to Programme.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Period:

• 6 months contract, subject to extension

Location:

• Buona Vista

Working Hours:

• 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $5,000

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree in health, science, technology, engineering and/or computer science preferred.
• Familiarity with programme management in healthcare and/or clinical workflow will have an advantage.
• Strong project management, leadership and planning skills with at least 3-5 years working experience, with experience in technology related projects preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills in managing multiple stakeholders towards common purpose, especially in facilitating successful implementation of large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Ability to track multiple ongoing projects meticulously, and to meet tight deadlines while remaining flexible and adaptable.
• Strong desire to learn new trends in healthcare and technologies, and keep up to date with these trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multiple teams and coordinate efforts across different stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong commitment, teamwork and collaboration in an evolving environment.
• Experience in healthcare and transformation related work will be an advantage.
