A Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and maintaining store standards.
Basic $2,600 - $3,500 + Meal & Grooming Allowance
5 Scheduled Workdays (Mon-Sun)
Scheduled 9.5 hours shift (6am-1am)- Plan and manage daily store operations.
- Lead, coach, and train team members.
- Prepare and update duty roster.
- Conduct daily briefings to team members.
At least 3 years of retail supervisory experience.
