Reporting to the Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Service Team Leaders to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead a dynamic service team.
Responsibilities- Lead, train, and motivate service staff (servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers) to deliver high-quality service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team members are well-informed about daily specials, promotions, and service standards.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure all guests receive attentive, personalized, and efficient service in line with the hotel's standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a visible presence in the dining area to engage with guests and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, table setups, and service flow.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels (cutlery, glassware, condiments) and restock as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (SG Food Safety & Workplace Safety guidelines).
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts while optimizing labor costs.
- Track and report daily sales, guest counts, and service incidents.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing SOPs and service enhancements.
- Minimum 3 years in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role (hotel or upscale restaurant preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic Food Hygiene.
